food channel fidgets

can be abbreviated to 'food fidgets'. Referring to the medical condition that arises when one is watching a cooking programs late at night, and is overcome by the insatiable urge to eat gourmet dishes.
Food fidgets can be left untreated, or may even be aggravated by going into the kitchen, and realizing that none of the food available could ever be as good.

"Oh man, you have to change the channel, any more Iron Chef and I'm going to have a raging case of food fidgets."

"I had to watch some CSI, the dead bodies my mind off my food channel fidgets."

A line added to the end of the Happy Birthday song. It most likely started from a Channel 4 TV station (Duh) in some part of the country. Kids in Western Pennsylvania don't have a Channel 4, but will sing this in school or during parties.
