A combination of the words "cascade" and "Asian". Used to describe Asians who will stop at nothing to conform to the latest pop-culture trend, such as playing the guitar or singing popular songs, regardless of such obstacles as lack of talent or musical training.

Hey, someone go down and tell that Cascasian to shut up. It's three in the morning, and he is still no better at singing Arcade Fire than he was 6 hours ago.

somebody who is white and has been influenced by people in the ghetto and acts ghetto to a degree and when he feels like it, yet isnt just souley ghetto. Being ghettotorian is being a mix of ghetto(gangsta and country and suburban).
