A double onehanded slap to the face with an open hand. You administer it in on motion, first forehand and then a backhand. It has to be two slaps, hence the sandwich.

SLAP

Saggy Lower Ass Packet. This is the close neighbor of the FUPA, just on the back end. When an overweight person's ass has gotten past the point of just getting larger, the lower area closer to the butt crack starts to grow larger "packets" of fat. So the fat ass looks like it's starting to blow a bubble of it's own fat.

"Check out her SLAP!" or "Her ass is so fat, she has a SLAP."
