A place where it's supposedly be a dictionary made by it's users, which has now devolved into a place where people rant about people and make definitions that isn't even the real meaning.
in short, urban dictionary is when wikipedia and the internet has a baby.

Urban Dictionary is a dictionary website where users themselves can create definitions of words. It used to be good back then, but now it’s just people saying dumb stuff about inappropriate stuff.
