Mental Rotation

A type of thought experiment or task that is pointless and stupid but seems like it could be useful if its entire purpose wasn't to impress gullible people or deride people for being grounded.

Elon Musk likes mentally rotate objects in his mind. He talks a lot about how he'd like start a colony on mars, but its all mental rotation - there are lots of inhospitable places on earth to trial out such technologies but he's not interested in solving problems, just marketing.

Feginocious reaction

A thing a person with a phobia would do after being disgusted by a triggering photo, video, or an action another person might do and/or show. It could be throwing up, passing out, feeling nauseous, getting a headache etc.

They had a feginocious reaction after seeing a video of spiders.

Delayed Reaction Syndrome

The act of either not having fast reactions in general, or delaying your reactions on purpose. May be shortened to DRS. Another word for this is "being a lazy piece of shit". DRS is normally present in people who couldn't give two shits about the world around them, even their friends.

Example:
1: Dude, why did you let the ball go into the goal?
2: What do you mean?
3: Dude, I think you have Delayed Reaction Syndrome
2: I'm not that lazy
1: Then why didn't you save it?
2: I don't know man
1: I think you're just a lazy piece of shit

Party rotation act

A much needed but not yet implemented act of us congress where one or the other of major political us parties is skipped every four years.

Since my party rotation act rotation act is based on the crop rotation of European medieval agriculture it would work like this: if in 2028 we have a republican on the ballot and they win then don't run in ' 32, in '32 we would choose between a Democrat and an independent. If in '32 let's say the democrats win (and supposing we have only 8 years consecutive) then in 2040 we would choose between a republican and an independent. If the independent wins in 2040 then by 2048 we have a democrat and republican running for office again.
