Boarding School Social Activities Committee- a group of boarding schools in Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland that participate in social activities including mixers, trips to amusement parks, ice skating, malls, the movies, formals, semi-formals, etc.
Members include Georgetown Prep, Foxcroft, Woodberry Forest, Blue Ridge, Episcopal, Madeira, St. Anne's-Belfield, Virginia Episcopal School, St. Margaret's, St Catherine's,.....

If not for BSSAC events, I would probably be forced to become a lesbian due to lack of contact with the opposite sex for extended periods of time.
