An area that's prefix 'Great' refers to it being the whole of Britain, a larger area than the archaic meaning of Britain. For that reason, lots of towns and counties have this prefix, for example Farnley in Great Farnley.

England is in Great Britain.

Person A: "I hear you got in a fight with a bunch of drunk bros."

Person B: "Indeed. One bro decided he had something to prove and the rest of the bros followed suit."

Person A: "So, what happened?"

Person B: "Thanks to my superior combat skills and physical prowess, I turned them into a large, messy pile of brotato salad."

Person A: "Win."

brita critter

Small black uglies that escape from the dirty side of a brita filter. Usually found floating in a glass of what could be delicious water.

I puked on the front lawn today after realizing the dog dish was harvesting a brita critter.

Jill warned me not to drink from the bottom of the jug, where the brita critters dwell.
