doing something really stupid to impress someone even though what you are doing is the epitome of not cool. Usually applied to dudes trying to show off in front of pretty girls, but can be applied to anyone who thinks something incredibly foolish is actually impressive.

Don was totally stepping on a jellyfish for Janet last weekend. He ate 67 hot dogs in one sitting.

Steaming hot potatoe

2 guys stand naked back to back, interlocking at the elbows. 1 guy then bends forward at the waist 90 degrees lifting the other guy onto his back. The girl then gets on her knees and licks both arse holes at the same time whilst tugging off both guys. The tugging action is the same as that in the "hot potatoe hot potatoe" song.

I was having a back to back tussle with my friend when a girl walked and said "I'm hungry, i sure could go for a steaming hot potatoe"

Stealing the show

Stealing something from somebody (including a show) who would gladly give somebody something doesn't seem like an action with a lot of honor in it. Being indirect about it instead of straightforward makes somebody more of a liar than a thief.

They would've given him/her the show, as it said to do in the script, but he/she still insisted on a coup to steal the show. Stealing the show had always been his/her true intention, to get the best of any of the other guy there was.

A 90s movie starting Liv Tyler, Jeremy Irons, Rachel Weiz and many other actors. It's a movie about growing up, finding yourself and letting yourself be free, and learning who you really are when you are placed in a abnormal situation with strange, but kind people. It's a good movie to watch if you have difficulties with love, dealing with it's absence, virginity, past memories that are no longer connected to your reality, or you just want to feel good. It's a very good summer movie and, this is a plus, the story is set in Italy.

Last night I watched "Stealing beauty", I wish I had this kind of summer.
