Hormone hangover

Those incredibly shitty and painful mornings when you wake up and are on your period. Your have cramps, your lower back hurts, you're slightly nauseous from the pain, you feel like you have a fever, sometimes a headache and everything just hurts.

I had to text my roomate to get my midol and hot water bottle cuz i have a wicked hormone hangover and I can't even fucking get up.
