Three or More Affectations Rule

This rule states that if someone has three or more affectations from the neck up (i.e. garish scarves, ostentatious earrings, extravagant nose rings, designer glasses, gaudy facial hair, etc.) is probably an attention-starved prick. It is strongly advised that attention-starved pricks guilty of violating this policy cease and desist at once.
Guy 1: Look at that guy and his ridiculous mustache, glasses, and scarf.

Guy 2: Yeah, he is definitely breaking the Three or More Affectations Rule.

Slon's rule

Slon's rule posits that no matter how obscure the activity, the most famous participants will have groupies. However, the quantity and appearance of groupies will vary wildly by activity and by the level of fame.
Ever since Bob achieved the grandmaster title he's been drowning in chess groupies, but that's what we should expect according to slon's rule.

The Dickinson Rule

When you're playing Beer Pong and the ball goes past the opposition and underneath a shit load of furniture, everyone starts counting down from 5 and if the ball is not found, you either drink 3 swigs or sell items of the furniture.
The balls gone underneath the furniture! The Dickinson rule! Sell everything!

Or...you've been Dickinsoned

The 50 Percent Rule

The 50 Percent Rule was first invented in spring 2016 by Swiss citizen K.E.

As opposed to state laws with a limited scope, it is described a universal moral in modern human behaviour.

It regulates the number of seats taken by a single guest in a restaurant, bar, café, eatery or diner.

You and your company may claim all the seats of a specific seating area (i.e. table or sofa space) if you make up for at least 50% of the total number of seats without the need to grant fellow guests access to the remaining seats.
A: "Hey man, can I take that seat?"

B: "No, sorry!"
A: "Why, is there anyone joining you? Or do you just need 4 seats for yourself?"
B: "There's nobody joining me. And now let me do my work!"
A: "Well, sir! Haven't you heard of the 50 Percent Rule!?"
