eg. A man who is only attracted to people born as a female and not someone who has transitioned

What a person who is only attracted to someone born the opposite gender has taken to calling themselves.

Before you start seething, remember this was made in retaliation to you screaming at people for not wanting to date a trans person. It's a sexual preference and there's nothing inherently wrong with it.
