Helen Keller Dees Nuts

This maneuver is an add on to the "dees nuts" phenomenon. Basically, you fool the victim into gazing at your genitalia without saying a word. You may point at the sack area, or find some way to draw attention to the sack area to invoke the Helen Keller Dees Nuts.

Guy 1: Ah dude check this out!! (while pointing at his nutsack)
