Francis or Frank for short because they are normally 5ft 5. Also known as sausage and they love the snarf. Has a tiny willy.

He claims himself to be Lupin the third but the only thing he steals is stuff that his classmates leave out. His knowledge of the soft creature has been proven somewhat useful to the government for attempting to catch the legendary beast, but still it wasn't enough.
