There currently is no cure, and it's already been more than 7 months or so (as of July) since the illness was discovered. Many scientists are trying to find a cure, but it's just like schizophrenia. We'll probably never find one, as the memory of the crewmate is graved within the subject's mind. The only way of removing this cursed illness would be to erase the memory of any subject, which is very cruel. We could also try to minimize the amount of crewmateolic items (items resembling the Impostor from among us).
