Usually regarded as the last of any sold item in a shop, usually because of its bedraggled or otherwise substandard appearance. Because of this it is also used to describe the appearance of the external male genitalia.

Swap shop

A shopping mall in south florida which sells cheap electronics, smoking accessories, clothes, vegetables, and has supercars on display. It is dominated by the local minority consisting mostly of spanish, haitian, and jamaican people. Bargaining is a common tool used by consumers and a big reason for the popularity of the Swap shop.

"Hey i need to stop smoking blunts, know anywhere where i can get a bowl for cheap price?"
"Yeah, lets go to the Swap shop you can bargain there for some really good pieces."

chop shop

n. A really inexpensive nail salon, usually owned and operated by unlicensed people. These people are also usually uneducated on how to properly clean their tools. You will often get a nail fungus on your big toe from getting a pedicure at one of these establishments, which is why it's weird that they're always so busy. People are cheap.

adj. The kind of services or infections or diseases you can receive from this kind of salon.
