They "treat" homosexuality by discouraging porn, drugs and making sure minors never shave their pubic hair. But hey, "No Victims, Only Volunteers." In The Insight Program you apparently "volunteer" for addiction, sexual abuse, any illness, emotional abuse, and you volunteer to be born to your parents and you chose everything that is fucked up about your life!

Wonderbolts Breeding Program

A top-secret covert Equestrian government program which aims to take the top genes from stallions in Equestria Pegasus or not and privilege the highest achieving mares in the Wonderbolts to be able to produce foals who are genetically superior to eventually grow up to become Equestrian Wonderbolts themselves.

Often times however the stallions are blindfolded, restrained, and laid on their backs, and the Pegasus mare rides them, but they are not aware of the contribution they are making and even in the event it is a royal stallion in this program he still does not choose who he breeds with as all are under sedation for the process.

I heard the Equestrian Wonderbolts aren't selected from applications, they're bred to be genetically superior by the Wonderbolts Breeding Program.
