Munchie Amnesia

When a person is High and has the Munchies. This is the act of returning to the cupboard, refrigerator, freezer or any place that has food, hoping that some sort of "Magical and Perfect" snack might be there waiting for you, when it wasn't before

I was freaking out because I had a serious case of Munchie Amnesia. I'm still hungry.

Hungry after smoking some weed. It is most likely the stoner will eat junk food.
You're actually not really hungry. It's like you haven't ate something for a long time, let's say a month.

So basically, it's a type of effect after smoking marijuana.

Nathan: I've had some serious munchies last night. I had some chicken, watermelon, burgers, pizza, mashed potatoes, bacon, shrimp, Onions, tomatoes, chili, soup, lettuce, nuts, Arby's, beef stew, burgers, instant noodles, cakes, pastries, biscuits and bread.

Trevor: Food is like a drug, and... you're an addict.

When you get hungry after smoking or drinking and can't be bothered cooking anything. Usually people will eat a lot of junk food or order online

I'm so 'munchied' but I can't be bothered moving, so i'll eat as much junk food as I can until the takeaway arrives

munchies cycle

The result of smoking pot or eating food laced with pot, getting high and then eating more food laced with pot when you inevitably get the munchies. Only to then get even more high and eat even more pot laced food to fend off the munchies. Repeat ad naseum.

When you get high off pot brownies and get the munchies, the solution is NOT more pot brownies. You'll end up in the munchies cycle.
