Mahal in Filipino can mean love or lovely.
And cito/-a" attached to spanish words changes it to Ex: little, baby or cute witch together makes little love, baby love or lover in slang.
Mahalcito for boy.
Mahalcita for girl.

a girl, who is sweet and lovely. Not close to everyone but if she is close to you then you the luckiest one of all. She got the cutest smile. She more into music than people. She love herself more than anyone. If you have a Mahalaya you are lucky. Never ever hurt her cause she super sensitive and she deserves the best but she doesn't know that.
