Someone who is either: (A) absent minded on a continuous basis with little awareness of their lost and impotent communication, or (B) lacking skill, talent, and/or knowledge while communicating with little to no insight, conviction, or passion, or (C) simply a boring dumb-ass who is flat out uninteresting and whose words are classically predictable sayings, cliche euphemisms, and lowlife observational remarks that begin a chain of awkward and idiotic, downhill conversation.
Last night, I began talking to this gorgeous girl; however, right away I noticed that I made the classic mistake by judging a book by its cover. Every word she spoke made me feel stupider and I realized this douche bag was truly a blank book with a thin candy shell.

This person parades around as an expert on subjects, which by sheer nature of their lack of intelligence, prevents them from ever having the slightest expertise of knowledge about the subject.

Get the douche bagmug. A guy you meet on the plane to New York City that says he can hook you up with the party people and party scene. He knows owners, you'll party with Victoria Secretions models and you just might throw a few back with Jay-Z until 11 AM. The fucked up thing is, you're so fired up about partying in NYC you believe him.
We met this douche bag on the plane that promised the world but didn't come through. He always had 2 calls on it.
