splash-and-dash

Auto racing term for a form of gas-and-go pit stop. Car is refuelled just enough to complete a race, but tires are not changed. Normally occurs under green flag conditions and when limiting time in the pits is deemed more important than fresh rubber.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr., does not have a enough Sunoco fuel to make it to the end of the race. He will be coming in for a splash-and-dash with five laps remaining, says crew chief Lance McGrew.

The newest viral craze. To play, just go into your favorite eating establishment and take a Dump & then Dash out, making sure to take a picture of the restroom in question, then posting it to Facebook and/or Twitter! More fun than planking, coneing and owling combined!

Guy #1: "Why are we stopping at Olive Garden? Are you picking up a to-go order?"

Maccy Dash

When you are on a desperate trip for food from McDonalds, and you will not settle or give up until that certain food (none other) is in your stomach, hence the "Dash" part. This often follows with a "Maccy Rush" (the feeling you get after you eaten McDonalds food)

"Need McDonalds only got 20 minutes.... MACCY DASH!"
