Get the perfect then perfectmug. Perfect Peter is a term for a bratty person (Typically a younger sibling), who will usually whine and get upset over the smallest thing, these people are regarded as perfect by many people, (Hence the name), due to being great in other areas, such as doing great in school. These people are considered to be able to do no wrong, even if there are a few people who can see through this and understand the truth, usually the victims of these Perfect Peters. Also sometimes called a "Worm". The name is taken from the character of Perfect Peter from Horrid Henry, primarily the version from the 2006 TV show owned by Novel Entertainment.
