Get the first-cousin-once-removed-in-law mug.The application of scrutiny towards any statement which claims to know a general or specific consensus without citing polls or metadata. Identification of an appeal to vapid congruence.
Don’t know the specifics of the case, but the general consensus seems to be that the internet mob overplayed their hand.
Consensus of who? Perhaps it's time for the Law of the Nameless. The thing is, this is playing out in a United States court.

Get the Law of the Nameless mug. When a person/nigga gives away their rights as a black person. This is usally done when the Nigga is tired of being black. This was popular around the 1800-1900.
Example:
person 1: I am so tired of this i can't take it i don't wanna be black anymore.
person 2: then use the Nigga Law. but be careful since you cannot use the nigga law anymore.

Get the Law mug.Tall Law states that anyone under 5’4 is automatically short and that anyone who is not as tall as you is also considered short. You can be 5’5 but when someone who is 5’10 calls you short you cannot argue with it. If you’re 5’3 and you call somebody who is 5’ short then you are both still short because you are under 5’4.
If you’re shorter than somebody on National Throw Short People Day (October 24th) you do not get to tell people taller than you that they cannot throw you. You would be breaking the Tall Law.
