Ghettofication 

The opposite of "gentrification." It is the bombardment of lower classes slowly taking over and moving in to middle-class and affluent neighborhoods.

The temporary work agency located in the slums of town is recruting work for the jobs at my workplace in the more affluent side of town, causing a ghettofication of our workplace.

The general state of a teenager who is often aged in the tumultuous years of discovery and understanding. A mixture of Thug culture and Emo depression, this type of individual typically mixes the two styles together, forming a dangerous mixture.

ghettotronic 

This new wave of music that peaks around December 2007 that combines dance/electronica/new wave with hip-hop, R&B music. Pretty awesome sound to it but it could get boring if it is overplayed. Better than this Soulja Boy crap that was worn out last year.

Usually sung/rapped by Timbaland, T-Pain, Akon, Bone Thugz and Harmonies, Baby Bash, Kanye West, Lil' Wayne, Usher, Mariah Carey, Hilary Duff, Colby O' Donis, Chris Brown etc.

Ayo Technology is a great example of ghettotronic music.

\Gheytor\ n. (gâ·tör) Colloq.

Southern United States derogative slang for a male who exhibits normative Texan characteristics, such as wearing cowboy boots and hats, speaking with a Southern drawl, chronic overconsumption of malted alcohol products and affection for firearms but also (ironically) engages in homosexual behaviour traditionally frowned upon in Southern US culture.

As opposed to term gay due to juxtaposition of the two cultural characteristics.

He may look like a good ol' boy, but don't let him fool you. That boy ain't right. I reckon he's a Gheytor, I tell you what.
