A condition many Twitter addicts suffer from when greeted with the fail whale upon attempting to login. Symptoms often include: sudden anger, repetitive mouse-clicking, and excessive screen refreshing with a computer-zombie-esque fervor.

A person who has a lot of common sense and knows what's going on on Twitter. This person knows what every type of person has to deal with on Twitter, understands all groups of people and how to act around them. This person knows all the current shit going on in #SoMe and knows how to make his own right decisions, knows how to deal with different situations and has his/her own independant state of mind. A tweet smart person isn't stubborn and actually listens to shit and understands shit.
