Reddit

"Reddit" is a term for when a group of unemployed people gather around a fire in their mom's basement and tell tales of the phenomenon known as women and how they dream of seeing women in the daylight. A frequent user of Reddit is known as a "Redditor". Although never seen in daylight or outside of their room, Redditors are a mysterious and seemingly bizarre species that to this day eludes mankind of its true nature.

"EVERYONE, look a Redditor in our midst:

"Isn't the Redditor's natural habitat inside Reddit? Why is it here?"
"A Redditor sometimes ventures outside its natural habitat to gather food and nutrients"

"But all it's gathering is some Mountain Dew, Takis, Doritos, ice cream and something called Five Hour Energy
"That is nutrients to a Redditor"

Redditman Fallacy

A subcategory of the common strawman fallacy.

A Redditman Fallacy is when a user pushes an agenda by showing a screenshot of a reddit post. This reddit post is usually atrocious in quality or with terrible takes, in which the user may clown and easily defeat the argument in order to push their agenda.

An example of this is clear in politically motivated twitter accounts using screenshots including but not limited to reddit posts

Very smart individual 1 : Look at this reddit post of <group they disagree with>! And they're calling us <insert buzzword>
Very smart individual 2 : Wow, I agree,

Everyone else : This is literally a Redditman Fallacy

redditor pizza

A term used for a male fitting the Redditor stereotype, (large or overweight, unkempt facial hair e.g. neck beard), who has a large amount of acne, pimples or other visible skin conditions on the face.

(Derived from the term 'pizza face' then associated with and adapted to the Redditor archetype)

Girl: Eww, you see that guy? He needs to take better care of his skin.
Girl 2: Yeah, a total redditor pizza.
