minerals

The universal life energy. Can be gained and lost. Obtainable via burgers, beer, seawater, halibut, members of the opposite sex, members of the same sex, sunlight, pills, powders, plants, &etc.

Can be removed by illness, lack of breakfast, "the Captain", and over-work. Excessively low levels results in the condition "LOM": Lack Of Minerals. Results can be tragic.
