Belmont MA

Town in MA, borders Cambridge. Has many different neighborhoods, including the Grove, The Hill, and the Kendall Area. The Hill is one of the many very wealthy areas of Belmont, but there are many other areas. Home to McLean's Mental Hospital, where many celebrities have gone including James Taylor. A Japanese princess went to Belmont High School, an OK school that used be really good in the past. There are also 4 elementary schools, a middle school that looks like a prison (due to a "watchtower" spiral staircase), Belmont Hill School, and Belmont Day School (both private schools). There are about 8 banks in the center of town. Many recognize Boozemont as an accepted name for this town, as demonstrated by the 2005 Laouau fiasco, made famous on some national TV programs. Mitt Romney lives here in a massive house, and at least half the town thinks he's a total ass.

x-mas

'Xmas' is another way saying 'Chirstmas' which is supposed to be more secular than the latter. However, the 'X' part of 'xmas' was used by early Chirstians to identify themselves as a follower of Christ. By marking an 'X', they signified either a safe house, gathering place, or the like. X is the character for the Greek letter "Chi" which was the first letter of Jesus' name in Greek.

To say that xmas may have no religious value today is perhaps true, but ironic becasue xmas and Chirstmas are literally one in the same.

Parishioner: Happy Chirstmas, father.
Priest: Happy Xmas!

burlington ma

the worst possible place to live...seems like a nice town until you live here for a long time starting as a child. there is nothing to do here. drugs and alcohol are VERY easily acessable especially to kids in high school. the high school is jail and the teachers are ridiculously awful.

Joe: Hey did you get the drugs home-boy?

Phill: No but you can get mad drugz in burlington ma, i bet i can get alc too!

Southfield MA

A small town in the southwest corner of Massachusetts. Located in Berkshire County, which known for attracting tourists from cities that are probably lacking in wildlife. Southfield is composed of a few types of people including rednecks, nature-worshipers, and second-home-owners. The tree-to-people ration is too high to record. The entire town population, including surrounding area, is about 600 people. Whereas most towns have many shopping centers, restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, and movie theaters, Southfield has a general store, a post office, and a fire station. The roads are in crap condition, but it just adds to the small-town charm. A resident of Southfield generally has to drive anywhere from 10-20+ minutes to find any entertainment that isn't hiking or camping, or involving the outdoors. Residents don't normally ever have to buy groceries in the spring/summer, because the gardens and farms in everyone's backyards provide all the nutrition needed.

Guess I'll go to Southfield MA and unleash my inner love for bug-bites :)

Brockton, MA

A city 25 miles south of Boston. According to its water tower, Brockton is the "City of Champions." The title is most accurate if you consider thugs and drug dealers to be champions. Brockton has a rich history and all the conveniences of a bustling city but is generally feared by surrounding white communities.
