Hookahke occurs when one person inserts multiple smoke ejaculating hoses (usually generated by hookah) into one available hole (hopefully mouth) and keeps receiving as much smoke as possible.

Yesterday I had an awesome hookahke with my friends. It was a blast.

My body is ready for today's hookahke.
