ratatouille

verb: to control someone into doing something by standing on their head and pulling their hair. ideally done by a rat under a hat. having someone or a rat control you in this way is called "getting ratatouille." a reference to the Disney Pixar film Ratatouille, where a rat pulls the chef's hair under his chef hat to make him a good cook.
