A crudely made bandage ranging from athletic tape and gauze, duct tape and insulation, or leaves and a strip of raw cowhide that is hastily and craftily applied to a bleeding wound or broken limb to allow a crossfitter to successfully complete their WOD with minimal time lost for the workout.

Pale Negro

Someone that thinks they are better then you cause their ancestors held your ancestors in slavery, because you have a darker skin tone, because the society they live in treats people of darker skin tone like crap, etc. The problem is they dont realize that we are all human, and all originate from Africa, according to scientific discovery and that Africans used to hold them as slaves as well as other peoples who were conquered. We should all live in harmony. Spread the love.
