These cities are distinct in that they share more or to a lesser extent elements of both countys in their demographics culture and attitudes. Generally more laid back, not as outspoken or opinionated "chill" where diversity is the norm, (melting pot) as is raising kids (great public schools), working a normal job and using *cough* coupons (penny hoarding).
