Common signs and symptoms may include but are not limited to: no communication skills, emotional infancy, binge drinking most weekends, cheap/ keeps tabs on who pays for what, constant wandering eye, will sleep with whatever, and refusal to grow up and act like the adult that they should be. A grown boy with fuckboy syndrome will occasionally date a woman, let her trust him, let her believe he's different, all the while knowing he's incapable and unwilling to do what it takes to be a man, and break her heart. She's heartbroken and he moves on to his next challenge(s).
