Derived from the American series "Bridgerton". The series is a modern day fantasy about upper class British society in the early 1800's, in which major characters are portrayed by black people. Programs that are bridgertoned are full of historical inaccuracies and mistakes, which are frowned upon by historians, but easily overlooked by viewers who praise the edgy casting and bold storytelling.
