Champagne party

A classy term for a pregame get together before a ball, dance, or banquet. Most commonly before highschool proms, teens will get together at ones house to partake in getting intoxicated off of alcohol (champagne ussually for the special event) and/or marijuana.

Hey stacey, if you're trying to have a lit time at prom come to my champagne party at my house. The dance starts at seven so be at my place at 5 ;)

Christmas Party

A place where you have an excuse to steal presents from others and indulge yourself with sweets. There is a 25% decrease in getting laid at a Christmas party than a regular party.
