Yuri (male) is the supreme being, he is above god and he knows it.

Yuri

Yuri is a character from Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 and Yuri's revenge. He acts as an assistant for the Soviet Premier Romanov, only to betray him with his army.

Yuri has insane psychic capability, and can commonly use mind control when needed. In Yuri's Revenge, he tries to take over the world using that same power, but fails to do so.
