is when a person or persons attempts to put claim on someones personal belongings or job while moving from one house to another or when a family member passes away, when the personal belongings or job are not being left behind.

A guy who circles you or shadows you at a party waiting to grab you for a dance or "come in for the kill". A vulture is usually creepy or a pervert who doesn't even ask permission to touch you befpre doing so.

Vulture

Noun. A male who lurks, circles, pretends to be friends with, likes every girl's photo on Facebook, Instagram stalks every female, comments on every girl's photo on Facebook, waiting for that one moment of stupidity or weakness, in hopes of getting a naked pic/date/fuck from your or any girl. Has no regard for the personal space of females. Has no respect for boyfriends or relationships.

Mike the vulture liked every one of her photos and constantly text her in hopes someday she'd be dumb enough to give him some.
