A sherm is a combination of four words. He, her, she, and him. This word can be used when describing someone who is confused about their gender, or transitioning genders. Although this term can come off as degrading... It totally is and you shouldn't use it towards someone who is trying to figure out who they are, asshole.

Variant of shermanator where the shermanator, usally from Pennsyltucky tries to create and alter ego whilst attempting to pick up an ugly chick.
