Unsolicited advertisements, papers, flyers, etc that have been placed under the windshield wiper of an automobile. It is usually completely useless and it makes one wonder what kind of idiot thinks advertising like this is effective.
Holy shit!! I thought I got a parking ticket but when I got closer, it was just some Window Spam that some jackass put under my windshield wiper.
