A widespread epidemic of scene kids and emos trying to see how popular they are. People only join myspace because everyone else is always talking about how they met this "really cute guy/girl last night on Myspace!" and how they have "5,000 picture comments." Of course every teen wants to be part of something so fabulous, and plus, you get to upload thousands of pictures of yourself and make cool profiles. It's the perfect way to exploit yourself on the internet, since everyone can see your pictures, and an even better way to make up a "fake" you, because no one sees you in real life. Kids will often "steal" pictures of glamorous scene girls and claim them as their own. Apparently they are too obsessed with being "cool"

a place for friends to add each other to figure out popularity to which is mostly fake because they add every joe shmo that clickes on them which makes them a partial whore nd for people at school to go "OMG you got 1097 friends your so popular" then they say "why dont u add me myspace.com/zidast302" just to realize that all it really does is get inside your head and destroy membrane after membrane till theres nothing left then your just a loser bimbo dumbass standing on the corner of a 7-eleven parking lot asking every shmuck if they have a cigarette.

myspace, an epidemic thats been spread among all teenagers. most are scene but not all. some are just normal kids. ugly fat skinny popular hot you name it. yeah, there are "myspace whores" but then again there are just regular kids with a regular amount of friends who have a myspace. however, because of a few incidents myspace has been stereo typed as a hunting ground for sexual predators. its not the case and most kids believe it or not are not stupid enough to go meet up with someone they met on myspace. and yes kids request other kids theyve mearly talked to or even kids they just see around the halls at school. but it leads to socializing and conversation which is a good thing.
ive gotten requests from people ive never talked to but have just seen around and after i got the request it was an ice breaker to actually go up to the person and have a conversation.
