Popularized by Mutahar/SomeOrdinaryGamers and his endless "as an engineer/i'm an engineer" spam whenever he feels like his dubious claims have at least 1% chance of being scrutinized or fact checked. Basically, non-military stolen valor.

"All these Mutahars and Pajeets with their fake degrees and fake certs keep flooding the West and infesting every IT company"

A: "Are you actually XYZ or are you just a Mutahar?"
B: "Nah bro I'm legit XYZ, i make 10k a month trading, I code in my free time, I'm a genius with gold hands brah"
A: "Show me your accounts and github"
B: "Nah bro that will compromise my security"
A: "So you're just a Mutahar then. Quit lying"
