Gym Jockey

The man or women at your local gym who through hard work is not only fit and healthy but has a perfectly toned body. They guy or girl we all aspire to be when we join the gym. The man or women on the front cover of Men's or Women's Health respectively. Driven, determined and ambitious the gym jockey is generally successful in other fields of their lives too.

I wish I look as toned as that girl, she's a real gym jockey; I have a race coming up next month. To win I need to be a real gym jockey; To be that buff he must be a gym jockey; I don't know where he gets his energy from he must be a real gym jockey

Gym Flower

In my 20 months at the YMCA, the term gym rats is quite common.

Females who frequent the YMCA or simular organizations for exercise and to be seen.

I coined the word "Gym Flower" to describe good looking usually fairly young females.
The people I talk to understand exactly what I mean.

I would like to have it in the URBAN DICTIONARY for the rest of the world to enjoy.
