Jobsian Complex

Mental disorder defined by the effect of Steve Jobs fanboyism on the personality of a given subject. Often derived from normal, less pathological Apple fandom and channeled through unauthorized biographies. Common symptoms are one of more of the following : compulsive, neurotic attention to detail, at least partially irrational lust for secrecy, violent outbursts including the flinging of 80's electronics at unsuspecting bystanders.

A person who is a complete idiot, is not just doing 1 idiotic act, which would only make them an idiot. To be a complete idiot you must perform a series of stupid actions.

Uncle: Look at that man, he just finished playing 'ding-dong-ditch' on his own house.

Neighbor: Oh, don't worry about Dale, he is just a complete idiot.

cassandra complex

Its a term in psychology taken from Greek myth. Cassandra was the daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba, she was a prophetic seer but lacked the power of persuasion and was never believed. So when we say someone has a "cassandra complex" its saying they know something terrible is going to happen but they can't or won't do anything to prevent it.

complex analysis

The course that an undergraduate mathematics and/or physics major must take at some point in their four year degree program. The purpose of this course is to cognitively bitch slap the shit out of the young and aspiring mathematician until he collapses into a deep, comatose like depression. At this point, the young mathematician begins to question concepts like the number zero, and its relationship to the amount of love received by his/her parents, the amount of attention received from the opposite sex, the amount of intelligence which resides within the capacities of their own mind, etc. Some classical analogues of this course are as follows: "getting stiff armed by Gerome Bettis while receiving a left hook from Tyson; having a homeless person give you his change, because he felt you needed it more; getting dunked on by a kid in a wheelchair; childbirth; Learning that your mother gave birth to you while taking a dump; catching a line drive down center field with your face; running through a gauntlet of ninjas, all of whom can round-house kick sand into glass." and last but not least, "its like taking 100 tabs of ecstasy while journeying to the center of existence"

Steve--"Hey Dave, how do you think you did on that Complex Analysis test?", Dave--"Dude, i got raped.", Steve-- "indeed, was it everything you had hoped for?" , Dave-- "yeah man, and more."

The mental idea or feeling that things are going so well, that you deserve or believe can get away with anything, and that there is no way things can possibly go wrong. Ironically this usually leads to a huge downfall, that is most likely caused by a woman.

Man 1: "I can't believe what happened to him"

Man 2: "Yea he had everything he could ever want then he messed it up over a female"

Man 1: "Thats the Tiger Woods Complex for ya"

1) Like "Oedipus Complex", except for less creepy and far sexier
2) Being severely sexually attracted to your girlfriend's or wife's mother, as described in the Fountains of Wayne hit "Stacy's Mom."
3) Willingness to leave your significant other for his/her mother.

Guy One- "Dude, the only woman I would leave my girlfriend for is her mom. Have you seen her?!?!?"

Guy Two- "Yeah man, your Stacy's Mom Complex is completely justified"
