Similar to a raccoon rummaging through trash bins, a Grindr Raccoon sifts through numerous profiles, often engaging in superficial or fleeting relationships, akin to find "garbage" connections. The term humorously captures the tendency of some to prioritize quantity over quality.

Joe joked with his friends saying that he is turning into a Grindr Raccoon after spending countless hours swiping through dating apps, realizing he was more interested in proximity and ease rather than quality or meaningful connections.
