A plant commonly grown in eastern Nebraska that is totally illegal. Not to be discouraged people still grow it. Why? Well they are Nebraska so that's why. Also not to be confused with the hemp of Colorado. Nebraska hemp is much less powerful and you often just end up with a major headache.
