Said to be "The One" on LUE. Lunarhawk99 is the last account that was given access to LUE. Most though him to be the saviour of LUE but were disapointed. I happen to know someone though who has been working on ways to save LUE and is truly "The One".

Some guy who owns a GameFAQs account who has the last user id number that can access LUE. Because of this, and the fact that the Matrix was pretty fresh back then, a lot of people on LUE started claiming him as the Saviour of LUE. And he has a nice booty, as well as boobs. Or so I'm told.
