This sub-culture of fans of ICP call themselves Juggalos and Juggalettes. Many of them feel pain and neglect from their parents and they feel that the only family they have is each other. They range in age from pre-teen to young adult, and have problems ranging from abuse, divorce, and mental illness to flat out neglect. By banding together, they feel that this is the only way they can have something that is semi-normal in their lives.
To have something musical that you can use to relate not only to your own teenager, but to other teenagers as well, is something that cannot be explained. It starts with music and it expands into a more personal relationship. Even when my teenager isn’t home, her friends will call and ask me for advice. To me, that is better then the Chips-A-Hoy cookies with extra chips, or the Oreos with the chocolate cream centers.
To be able to relate to this group of teenagers, and to be taken in as a juggalette is one of the greatest honors anyone can be bestowed with. But heaven help you if you don’t know “The Hatchetman.”
You don’t have to like the same album, or the same song. But respect each other’s views on each of the “Joker’s Cards” is what it’s all about. Respect for the music, and respect for each other. That’s what binds this sub-culture together. And whether you like the music or not, that’s what life should be about; Respect.

This is my "definition" of a Juggalo.....
(i use quotations because this word cannot truly be defined)
First off, let me just say that the word "Juggalo" (coined by the musical group "Insane Clown Posse") is a loose term encompassing a large portion of the world's population, and is by NO MEANS limited to describing or labeling fans or followers of ICP, psychopathic records, or the Dark Carnival.
Basically, a Juggalo is a person, animal, fictional character, aluminium can, etc. who doesnt see themselves as "normal" ..... In most cases, self-proclaimed Juggalo's come from middle- to lower-class society, and grew up being led to believe that being "different" makes you different. At some point, they rejected this bullshit, in most cases not without help from the music of ICP or related artists.
In any case, you can pretty much lump the majority of the following people into the category of "Juggalo":
-outcasts
-misfits
-scrubs
-revolutionary's
-Free Thinker's
and basically anybody who doesn't give a fuck about what others think of them.

Juggalo: One who is seemless and has many faces. An individual who would not normally concern themselves with the pety differences of others. A forever path that leads only to ones true self. A teenage outcast or a top Executive of a Fortune 500 company.

What is a Juggalo?(first a Juggalo can be male or female it doesn't matter Jugalette is an incorrect term) well im a Juggalo and i think the best definition was givin by Violent J and Shaggy (ICP) in there song titled "What is a Juggalo?"
First Violent J said " he gets butt-naked And then he walks through the streets Winking at the freaks With a two-liter stuck in his butt-cheeks" so i would guess this means a Juggalo is unique and just doesn't care about anything
Next Shaggy 2 Dope said "He just don't care He might try to put a weave In his nut hair Cuz he could give a fuck less What a bitch thinks He tell her that her butt stinks And all that" which i verifys the initial thought that Juggalos don't care about anything and it also tells us that a Juggalo is blunt and says whatever he/she wants to
Then Violent J said "He drinks like a fish And then he starts huggin people Like a drunk bitch Next thing, he's pickin fights With his best friends Then he starts with the huggin again Fuck!" this tells us that Juggalos love eachother and even when they fight that love is eternal
shaggy then said "A fucking lunatic Somebody with a rope tied to his dick Then he jumps out a ten-story window Oh!" this tells us that a Juggalo does stupid stuff and will realy do anything.
Shaggy goes on to say "A dead body Well, he ain't really dead, but he ain't like Anybody that you've ever met before He'll eat monopoly and shit out connect four" this again verifys the original thought that a Juggalo is unique
Violent J then says "He ain't a bitchboy He'll walk through the hills And beat down a rich boy Walks right in the house When you're having supper And dip his nuts in your soup, gloop!" again says that Juggalos do whatever they want
Violent J says "Well, he ain't a phoney He'll walk up and bust a nut in your macaroni And watch you sit there And finish up the last bit Cuz your a stupid ass dump fuckin idiot" Juggalos are very opinionated and again they do whatever whenever they don't care
Shagy says "He's a graduate He graduated from....well At least, he got a job He's not a dump puts He works for himself scratching his nuts" this tells us Juggalos don't care about school all they care about is enjoying life

A juggalo is a very devoted fan of the acid rap group icp. Juggalos are often stereotyped due to their violent representation. Often found among the juggalo populous are people who are filled with hate. Many juggalos are homophobes, and a few are racists. But on the other side, lots of juggalos happen to be actually nice people, despite their rather peculiar appearance.
there's my denotation of a juggalo, and apparently this is a hot topic, so i'll also post my opinion
I'm a hippy. Yes. Being a hippy, i detest all of the disgustingly violent imagery displayed by juggalos all across the nation. But i have met a few juggalos who, although violent, are very tolerable people, a couple are actually very funny. I am totally disgusted with homophobes and with racists, and for that reason, i choose not to search in the juggalo crowd for any good friends. But i think that most of them are just confused, they'll turn out.
To the juggalos,
if you made it through this, my respect for you is high, but please, for the sake of yourself, dont get a hatchetman tatoo. They just look like a stamp of hate on your body, and once your amygdala stops swelling, and your frontal lobe develops, you'll regret it
