glossy top coat

A clear lacquer that dries to a smooth hard glossy finish. The term is applicable in many scopes (e.g. furniture), but it's mostly in reference to nail polishes.

When doing your nails, a glossy top coat isn't optional, it's absolutely mandatory!

Top Bun

1. The top half of a bun, or top layer of bread on a sandwich. Often used to refer to the thickness of the bun or bread.

The term "top bun" is often used to describe the amount of bun on the top layer of a sandwich or burger. The person often uses this term in displeasure of the thickens off the bun; often seek approval or acknowledgement that their bun is to thick.

eg: Person 1: "look at the amount of top bun I have, its to much"
Person 2: "Its fine"
Person 1: "No its not fine, I refuse to eat this. There is to much top bun!"

Refusal to acknowledge the top bun may results in refusal to eat the meal, until the amount of top bun is noted.

It's the time you wear a hat made outta Nilla Wafers. It's the best time in the history of mankind!

One day, there was a knock at my door. A mysterious drifter was on the other side. In his hands was a box, and on his lips were the words, "Listen closely; I don't have much time." Then he reached in the box and pulled out a Nilla Wafer top hat from inside. He said, "Wear it when it's time." And I said, "What time?" And then he died. Later, I realized he was talking about Nilla Wafer top hat time.
