This is another penis game maneuver(from the movie "WAITING"). One testicle is placed on top of the other vertically, as to immitate the body of a snowman. Then the head of the penis is placed on top of the balls, as to immitate the head of the snowman....finally you have your one eyed snowman.

One Piece 

In the art community, this refers to a particular art request that a reasonably talented artist accepts unwittingly, and due to its content (fan art, anime, manga...) it becomes the most popular thing that artist has ever created, even to the point that most people will never look at another piece of the artist's work. The artist then faces the dilemma of keeping the artwork posted as it has drawn more pageviews than the rest of the pieces in the portfolio combined, or remove it because it gives the artist a disgusted feeling inside that people care less about new art and more about gathering every iteration of their "most favoritest anime evar!" It so becomes the artist's "One Piece."

one-eyed Mike 

A reference to a man's penis. This term was quietly used in the movie "Monsters, Inc." as the character Mike Wazowski. Anal sex, specifically illumination through ritual sodomy, was quietly asserted in that another monster, James P. Sullivan, has colored spots on his back and arms, which is a reference to the colored spots reported to appear on persons' eyes which are being sodomized. Note also that Mike, the one-eyed monster, is in control of the larger, scarier monster Sullivan. "Sulley," as he is called, is a reference to being sullied, or sexually defiled.
