Getting ready to play Wii games / Play station / Xbox games together. Putting in the game dvd, plugging in Wii remotes ... it might even stretch to setting up suitable food: bowl of popcorn, drinks etc.

Similar to 'tool up' when getting ready to do some serious DIY.

When a person dresses very hip hop and flashy. They wear matching clothes shoes and hats. The boys usually wear Baggy clothes and air forces. Girls wear tight pants and show off their madriff. And they have nice chains and jewelry. And they are dressing well.
