(derogatory) A ridiculous haircut, generally male, characterized by wannabe southern california beach bleach blonde hair styled fractally; an outgrown haircut's final hurrah necessitating excessive ammounts of gel and/or ill-advised pomade. A bold, albeit misplaced attempt to be a "pimp".
